Envelope Addressing
Handwritten envelope addressing
The envelope is the very first thing your guests hold. Make that moment count with hand-lettered addressing that sets the tone for everything inside — no printed labels, no fonts, just ink and intention.
What's included
Outer envelope addressing only, hand-lettered in calligraphy with your guest's name and address. Each envelope is addressed individually by hand.
Pricing
From $5.00 per envelope for guest’s name only
$6.5 per envelope for guest’s name and address
Minimum order of 10 envelopes
How to order
Select your quantity using the quantity field
At checkout, add a note with your preferred calligraphy style if you have one in mind — or leave it to me and I'll match the style to your stationery suite
After purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions on where to send your envelopes and how to share your guest address list
Envelopes
Envelopes are supplied by you. For best results, envelopes should be unsealed and unlined, with a smooth matte or lightly textured surface. Glossy or heavily textured envelopes can affect ink adhesion — if you're unsure whether your envelopes are suitable, feel free to send me a sample before placing your full order. Add additional 10% for ink testing and errors.
Addressing format
Standard outer envelope addressing includes the guest name and full mailing address. If you'd like a specific format — titles, couples listed on separate lines, children included — just include that in your notes at checkout and I'll follow your preference throughout.
Turnaround time
Please allow 10 business days from receipt of your envelopes and confirmed address list. For weddings, I recommend allowing at least 4–6 weeks before your send date to account for postage time.
A note on handmade work
Each envelope is lettered by hand, so there's natural variation from piece to piece — that's the nature of the craft, and what makes hand-addressing so special compared to a printed alternative.
